Intro to Piano Camp

The Intro to Piano Camp is a 5-day program specially designed for children ages 3-5 attended by a care-giver/parent and limited to 4 students in each session.

The session is 45 minutes and chock-full of engaging and age-appropriate play and music activities, such as singing, playing instruments/piano, movement, composing, and even fun training to earn your own gold medal and become a Piano Olympics winner!

I, Carol Banach, am the instructor for this program.  There are 5 classes, meeting on Music Mondays on the following dates - July 18, 25, (the first week of August is the Piano Camp for older students) August 8, 15, and 23.  If a student must miss one of the classes, information and materials will be given to the parent to the student won't miss out!

A special note to parents/care-givers - no music experience is necessary!  Just bring your enthusiasm and be ready to participate, which will set an example for your child to want to join in the fun.  Activities will take place both inside and outdoors, weather permitting.  There will be training in the piano lab, which has four stations/keyboard for you to sit and explore together with your child.

I strongly suggest a visit in person with me, you, and your child at The Music Studio prior to the first class and as part of your registration process, that way your child will have a better idea what to expect, having met me and gotten to see where Piano Camp will take place.  Tuition is due at the time of registration, payable by cash or Paypal, and reserves your child's place in your session of choice.

Family and friends are encouraged to attend the final class to enjoy what their child has been learning.  Each child will receive a gold medal and participate in a Closing Ceremony.
